What: 2-hour virtual Group Coaching Sessions

When: Wednesdays 4-6pm PST / 6-8 pm CST / 7-9pm EST (begins 3/5/25)

Where: Zoom

Why: Stigma and shame force many laid off workers to feel isolated, alone, and under pressure to act like everything is ok, when they are actually suffering in silence. This group provides space for laid off workers to give and receive support from people who understand.

Cost: Pay-What-You-Can $5 to $60 per session. If you do not have financial resources, in-kind donations of outreach assistance and scholarships are available.

This is a weekly group coaching cohort for people navigating layoff. This is not therapy and no legal advice is given.

Such determination as to whether any such conduct or behavior will result in refusal of the services shall be determined by Heliana Ramirez in her sole discretion.

Participants who make discriminatory comments or engage in any disruptive behavior or conduct, as determined in Heliana Ramirez's sole discretion, will be immediately removed from the group and prohibited from attending future groups. A refund of unused sessions will be returned within 10 business days of such removal.
A full refund is given if registration is cancelled 2 days prior to the group. Refunds will be returned within 5 business days of cancellation.
